This is a special 3-point (both lap belt and shoulder restraint) retractable seat belt with a long sash guide for RV or Motorhome applications where the shoulder sash guide anchor attachment is higher than a normal passenger car configuration. This belt has a longer sash guide to lower the shoulder strap so that it aligns properly with the occupant's neck and shoulder. Click Here to compare the Long Sash to a Standard Sash.

Note: With the orange colored seat belts, the buckle ends and all plastic parts are the color black. With the Black, Grey, Tan, Maroon, Red, Blue and Navy color seatbelts, the buckle and plastic portions of the restraint matches the color of the webbing (belt).

I bought these seatbelts because the old ones had an issue where you couldn't pull it out, the ratchet system I thought had wore out, it would just catch all the time. Both the new set and same thing just not a much catching, it's the same exact design flaw.

Merchant's comment:Sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your seat belts. The most common cause for the issue that you described, is the seat belt retractor box must be installed directly below the shoulder anchor point. The webbing (belt) must come straight out of the retractor box, not coming out at an angle. Please see our seat belt installation measuring page diagram showing the retractor box installed to the webbing that goes up to the shoulder anchor point is at a 90 degree angle to the vehicle's floor, and the shoulder anchor point is directly above the retractor box. Long Sash Guide 3 Point Seatbelt

The long sash guide was exactly what I needed to solve the uncomfortable placement of the shoulder harness in my new Winnebago motorhome. Unfortunately, the length of the seat belt was far less than the factory belt and I needed to buy an extension belt to provide enough length.

Seat belt for motorhome

Product is as advertised and exactly what I wanted. The three stars is for the cost of shipping and the extraordinary amount of time it actually took to get it. The shipping cost is way to high. I checked on the order several times after more than two weeks had gone by and was politely answered each time I checked and was assured I'd have shipping info that day or the next. On the fourth contact I finally got a tracking number. Way to much time to ship. If you're not in a hurry, can't find it somewhere else, and don't mind paying a lot for shipping then go for it.

Nice direct replacement

Direct replacement - easy to install - the only complaint is that the piece that clips into the buckle is supposed to slide along the belt, but it is difficult to slide, making it VERY difficult to adjust from one person to another.
